We greatly enjoyed the hotel, lovely breakfast.
The location in a pretty quiet area was great and lovely and there were the main shopping centre and a shopping area nearby. A cool bonus was Friends Bar & Grill, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee. Plenty of food for breakfast, everything was incredible!

It was a short walk to nearby attractions like the Winter Gardens and the beautiful Stanley Park.

I almost thought i could recommend this place, untill i noticed the miniscule breakfast portions, seriously just one piece of bacon? Plus, the tv in my beautiful double room could have been bigger, what is this, 1990? Oh, and where was my complimentary welcome gift? How hard can that be to arrange?

The staff was friendly and cute. The family room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of options!
A small shelf in the shower would be a great addition for toiletries. But honestly, that's a minor tweak.

The hotel was verynice and neat for our family of five. We loved the variety at breakfast, from fresh fruits to delicious hot options. The kids really enjoyed the short walk to the beach and all the nearby attractions, including the iconic Tower.
My kids wished for more entertainment options on-site.

great hospitality but small room
During my three-night stay, the hospitality was amazing. Pauline adjusted her menu to accommodate my vegan preferences, providing thoughtful and delicious breakfasts each day.
The room was a bit cramped for my taste.

The location was perfect for visiting the famous Tower and the Winter Gardens. The friendly staff made breakfast a highlight with tons of choices like fresh fruit and hot options. Rooms were clean and comfy. The mini fridge was a nice bonus.
The only downside was the shower temperature, which could get quite hot at times, so just be cautious with that.
